The use of mobile devices for visualizations is an opportunity to allow executives to have their dashboards with them on the go. The issue is how to refresh the data? Using Xcelsius, the swf file does not store data, just a link to the qaaws or live office to refresh the data on load. How is the mobile user served in this scenario. When the user is on the go, the data is not available. How do you serve the need for the executive to be able to save the latest version of SWF with data for access on the fly. There was a solution that allowed a plugin from SAP to be used but this is not connected
